PER COMPLAINANT THE DUMPING <br />OCCURRED IN THE EASEMENT AT 3424 S EL DORADO. THEY ARE UNAWARE OF WHO OR WHEN IT WAS DUMPED. Could not find 55-gallon drums along S. El PRESTO <br />Dorado near 3242 S. El Dorado. Parked on dirt road entrance to 3242 S. El <br />Dorado. Observed nine 5-gallon buckets on the dirt. Called complainant to verify <br />that it was 55-gallon drums that their technician reported and where exactly it was <br />found. Complainant stated they thought the technician said drums but maybe they <br />said buckets. Complainant will try to get in contact with the technician for a <br />location of the drums and if they were drums or buckets. Complainant stated if I <br />am at the location that may be what the technician saw and not drums. Went down <br />to look at the buckets. The buckets labels are for crinkle dill pickle chips and pickle <br />slices crinkle cut. Lifted the lids of the buckets that were not fully sealed. The <br />contents did not appear to be oil. The contents look like solidified fat and what <br />looks like crinkle cut french fries. Took photos of area where the buckets were <br />found. Called lead senior for advice on buckets. Called City of Stockton Roadside <br />Dumping 209-937-8341 and left them a message regarding the found buckets. <br />Called complainant back and let them know that the buckets contained old pickle <br />slices and not oil and I called the City of Stockton to pick up the waste. <br />04/07/2022 Received a phone call from clerical that the complainant found five 55-gallon <br />drums of oil dumped illegally. Called complainant and she stated that their <br />technician observed the drums in the easement between the roadway and the <br />property during regular maintenance at this facility. Per complainant they called <br />Allied Waste to see if they will pick up the drums but per Allied Waste they do not <br />do that. Per complainant the drums are still upright but are concerned that <br />someone may tip over the drums. <br />Looked up address on Parcel Viewer and Google maps. There is a railroad <br />between the property line and the roadway. All are City of Stockton. Discussed <br />with lead senior. <br />Discussed with lead senior.
