SACO/MIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />—COUNTY— <br />Greorness grows h, <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br /> <br />Name of Facility: HUB GROUP Date: 10/02/2021 <br />Address 1000 E ROTH RD, FRENCH CAMP <br />Owner/Operator: UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD Telephone: (888) 877-7267 <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COYNB9OAT <br />Responsible Party Contact: DEBORAH GREENLAND <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Half gallon of mixed hazardous material released onto bottom of container and pavement. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Container 648974 released Zep Truck and Trailer Wash as a result of a load shift. Three and a half 5 gallon buckets were <br />punctured and contents released. Container was sifting on top of container 644298. Release impacted the inside of <br />container of 648974, the top exterior of container 644298 and the pavement in the leaker area of the yard. Spill on pavement <br />covered an approximate area of 1x3 feet. No waterways or storm drains impacted. Patriot Environmental on site to conduct <br />clean-up. <br />Clean-up is completed. One 55 gallon drum of waste generated from clean-up. HUB Group to provide SJC EHD a copy of <br />final disposal record for waste generated from the clean-up and any hazardous waste determination information if requested. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
