Bill <br />asked me to lead the team and I assisted Jose and Erick. We knocked on all <br />doors to be able to inspect the inside of the properties. The assistant manager <br />lives in room ;, unit has a broken window, fire extinguishers near room and <br />need to be recharaed, room was remodeled without permits, and has a <br />clogged sink, room has uneven flooring and no smoke detectors. and <br />additionally, room 0 has mice infestation, I saw feces through the window. I <br />suggested Jose to post for unsanitary conditions room and room <br />SALINAS <br />08/18/2021 owner <br />Reviewed our findings and observations since he could not reach code <br />enforcement. <br />I explained that we do not handle housing issues and that he should talk to Jose Z. <br />for the substandard issues encountered today. From our part, I explained that <br />there were no screws on the septic tank risers and that they needed to be <br />secured, so no child or anyone can mess with them. I also requested a six month <br />septic service log/receipts to ensure it is properly maintained because I noticed <br />toilet paper residues on one side.
