Gave back to FG to provide 5105 as cover and also how he came WONG <br />to consider it abated if he'd never went out for an inspection, the NAI condition still <br />not met, and no NAI attached with the permit. <br />11/03/2021 Met complainant and property Manager (Jose Olguin) onsite. No surfacing sewage GIRARDI <br />observed, However, there are (3) waste water lines plumbed to the planted area <br />outside the house for grey water discharge including the kitchen sink, the laundry <br />room, and the restroom shower. Mr. Olguin indicated that he has made <br />arraignments to have the septic tank pumped out this week. Went inside the <br />residence and the complainant flushed the toilet and did not appear sluggish at the <br />time of site visit. The complainant is in process of moving out. NAI generated and <br />provided to Mr. Olguin. Will mail a copy to the property owner. <br />11/18/2021 Follow up phonecall to Jose Olguin 707-953-3302. He indicated that the tank was GIRARDI <br />pumped out on 11/10/21 by Salvador Gonzalez Septic. Receipt provided. He also <br />indicated that the discharge lines are removed. The internal plumbing will be <br />corrected under Code Enforcement case EN-2100352 which is still active and the <br />house is retagged at this time. Processed photolog.
