There are no <br />records of wells or septics. <br />Met with the tenant and was shown the area on the side of the house that is <br />flooded with sewage. The property is managed by STAR property management <br />giu1belpliMINII0 who is aware of the issue and attempted to repair it <br />previously. The tenants were told that after the repairs were not successful that it <br />was the responsibility of the City of Stockton to fix the lines. <br />Filled out a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate and had the tenant sign it. I gave the <br />tenant the pink copy. The tenant described other issues with the home and I <br />referred him to city code enforcement. <br />Called STAR Property Management and the transfered me to the property <br />manager She told me that the issue is on the part of the system <br />maintained by the city and she was told that a city tech would be out today to take <br />care of the issue. I asked am to call me once she has an update. <br />Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a <br />photographic log. She SUSZYCKI <br />stated that the work to install the two way clean out should be completed and she <br />will give me a call when it is confirmed. I told her that I would do a drive by to <br />confirm that there was no more surfacing sewage sometime this week. <br />03/02/2022 Drove by the property and spoke with the tenants.
