The following findings of fact must be made by the County before a <br /> Variance can be granted. Indicate what facts in the case of this <br /> application support each of the findings : <br /> 1 . Because of the special circumstances applicable to the property, <br /> including size, shape, topography, location or surroundings , the <br /> strict application of the zoning regulation deprives the property <br /> of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and <br /> under identical zoning classification. <br /> Units 1 and 2 are 50 feet wide lots which makes a three car garage, <br /> facing the street impractical . <br /> 2 . The granting of the Variance will not constitute a grant of spe- <br /> cial privileges inconsistent with the limitations upon other prop- <br /> erties in the vicinity and zone in which the property is situated . <br /> This is a planned unit development. No other in the area, <br /> The variance requested is within special design considerations imique to --- <br /> planned unit developments <br /> 3 .
