Researched file records. Permits plus shows a Building GIRARDI
Permit BP-22001359 pending status. Laserfiscshe show two septic permits
71-908 that depicts the septic system located to the east of the house (back yard,
and , and 72-856 to the south of the house (side yard). Spoke to the property
owner, Rebecca Delgado 2098107835. She indicated that they had their septic
tank inspected when they purchased the house recently and she confirmed that
the existing septic system is located to the east of the house 71-908 and there is
no septic system located to the south. Not able to verify complaint, complaint
abated.
04/13/2022 Highway 88 15566. Generated complaint. Spoke to FG. FG might have found
evidence that the two 1971 and 1972 septic permits are one and the same, albeit
the location of the septic on the 2 maps are different, as are the dates when the
permits were finaled by the same inspector (Schmidt?). But will have the current
owner meet us half way before making that jump/conclusion that there is just one
septic systems out there, not two.
WONG
5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
