Liberty Rd CHAO <br />Reviewed files. Called Caprice (daughter of property owner) to discuss removal of <br />improperly disposed waste. Caprice mentioned she will discuss with an attorney <br />and get back to EHD on Monday or Tuesday. Caprice called back several times to <br />inquire about hourly fee that will be charged to observe the digging and removal of <br />waste and also to fill the trench back up, once the waste has been removed. We <br />will further discuss on Monday what the plan will be for removing the waste. <br />CHAO 11/29/2021 19019 E Liberty Rd <br />Reviewed complaint. Received a call from Caprice (tenant) to discuss planning of <br />removal of solid waste. Discussed complaint with Robert McClellon. Email <br />correspondences between EHD and tenant. <br />11/30/2021 19019 E. Liberty Rd <br />Discussed complaint with Robert McClellon. Called Caprice (tenant) to discuss <br />plans of removing the buried waste from the property. <br />12/02/2021 19019 E Liberty Rd <br />Met with Caprice (tenant) to discuss plans of removing buried waste. Excavator <br />operator was on site to remove buried waste. At the time of inspection, the <br />operator removed 4 loads of buried material. Will follow up on Tuesday December <br />7, 2021 to verify all buried waste have been removed and properly disposed of. <br />12/02/2021 19019 E Liberty Rd <br />Met with Caprice (tenant) to discuss plans of removing buried waste. Excavator <br />operator was on site to remove buried waste. At the time of inspection, the <br />operator removed 4 loads of buried material. Will follow up on Tuesday December <br />7, 2021 to verify all buried waste have been removed and properly disposed of. <br />12/08/2021 19019 E Liberty Rd. - <br />I called the tenant, Caprice, at 209-400-5726 to schedule a time to inspect the <br />excavated area. The inspection is scheduled for 12/8/21 at 10 am. <br />After the inspection a photo log was created. <br />I called Caprice to inquire about the scheduled filling of the excavated area. She <br />mentioned that her "guys" will take the waste to George Reed tomorrow <br />(Thursday) and then fill the area. I informed her that Pinne may not be back to <br />work until Monday and she can schedule the fill with him. Caprice became upset. <br />She stated she did not want to wait until Monday to get the work done and hung up <br />the phone. <br />I called Pinne to discuss the site. He emailed photos from his inspection. I was <br />informed that Caprice is to clear out the concrete debris from the excavation, <br />dispose of the debris, provide proof of disposal and then fill the area with clean <br />soil. <br />I received a voicemail from Richard Wheeler, owner, stating we need to get <br />together to figure this out. I returned Richard's call (209-747-9835). Richard <br />mentioned that his "guys" will not be available to work tomorrow because they are <br />out of state. I informed Richard that I am only available tomorrow to over see the <br />filling. Richard mentioned that his "guys" probably won't return to work Friday <br />either. Richard will call around to see if he can find any help for tomorrow.
