Caprice showed me
the area that was excavated and construction material removed. Concrete slabs were observed east of the
the excavation. The area northeast and east of the excavation was observed to be graded and topped with
clean soil. Caprice mentioned that she will send pictures of the area after it is filled with soil. I told her that
someone will have to supervise and I will call her later in the day to give her an update.
I called Caprice and told her that Pinne C. will supervise the filling and he will not return to the office until
Monday. Caprice became upset and hung up the phone. Later on, Caprice's father, Richard Wheeler, called.
Richard stated he wants the excavated area filled in before the rain season. I told him that I was available on
Thursday (12/9/21) but not on Friday (12/10/21). He mentioned that his "guys" will not return from out of
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: state until later in the week. I informed Jerry to give EHD a call when he has a time
frame in mind.
CORRECT BY:
INSPECTED BY: A i Ci Audi, 6,
RECEIVED BY: / DATE:
EH D 48-05 Rev. 10/26/2017 Inspection Report
1868 E.
