STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY PERMIT <br />Issued To <br />Canada Cove LLC <br />PWS No. #3901377 <br />By <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />PERMIT NUMBER PT 0008616 16117 <br />WHEREAS: <br />Jack Verderame submitted an application dated March 6, 1996, to San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department to operate a public water system. The <br />application was submitted in accordance with California Health and Safety Code, <br />Section 116526. <br />2. This public water system is known as the French Camp Golf Coarse Water <br />System whose headquarters is located at 3999 E. French Camp Road, French <br />Camp. The water system location is at 3919 E. French Camp Road, French Camp, <br />CA. <br />3. The legal owner of the French Camp Golf Course Water System is Canada Cove <br />LLC, Canada Cove LLC, therefore, is responsible for compliance with all statutory <br />and regulatory drinking water requirements and the conditions set forth in this permit. <br />4. The public water system for which the permit application has been submitted is as <br />described briefly below: <br />This is a Non -Transient Non -Community water system that supplies <br />water for a golf course and RV park consisting of a store, restaurant, <br />maintenance shop, and 197 RV spaces. There is no service connection <br />for the fitness center. The system consists of Well #1, submersible <br />pump, hydropneumatic pressure tank and distribution lines. The well was <br />drilled in 1994 to a depth of 340 feet below surface grade (bsg) with a 24 <br />inch bore, 12 inch casing to 205 bsg, and an cement annular seal 100 <br />feet bsg. Well #1 supplies water for domestic use. Well #2 exceeds the <br />maximum contaminant level (MCL) for nitrates, and has been <br />disconnected from the water system since January 2006. An AG well <br />supplies water for irrigation uses. <br />_1- <br />
