The French Camp Golf Course Wafer System shall comply with the following permit <br />conditions: <br />PERMIT CONDITIONS <br />1. The French Camp Golf Course Wafer System shall comply with all the requirements <br />set forth in the California Safe Drinking Water Act, California Health and Safety Code <br />and any regulations, standards adopted thereunder. <br />2. The only sources approved for potable water sup Iy are as follows: <br />Source PS Code Status Capacity Comments <br />Well #1 3901377 - 001 Active <br />3 The approved treatment include the tollo ing processes: <br />Facility P.S. Code Treatment Location/Remark <br />None <br />4 No changes, additions, or modifications shall be made to the sources or treatment <br />mentioned in Conditions 2 and 3 unless an amended water permit has first been <br />obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br />5 All water supplied by the Company for domestic purposes shall meet all Maximum <br />Contaminant Levels (MCL) established by the State Department of Health Services. If <br />the water quality does not comply with the California Drinking Water Standards, <br />treatment shall be provided to meet standards. <br />CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL <br />6 The French Camp Golf Course Water System shall comply with Title 17 of the <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR) and California Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) <br />Section 1620, to prevent the water system and treatment facilities from being <br />contaminated from possible cross -connections. The French Camp Golf Course Wafer <br />System shall maintain a program for the protection of the domestic water system <br />against backflow from premises having dual or unsafe water systems in accordance with <br />Title 17 and conduct a cross -connection control survey every four years in <br />accordance with the UPC. All backflow prevention devices shall be tested annually. <br />The reports of the test and survey shall be submitted to EHD by the 10th of the following <br />month the work was performed. <br />-3- <br />
