French Camp Road, French Camp, CA 95231. <br />This letter is to inform you that San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the records of <br />your water system. Based on our records, the EHD has not received the required 2009 Consumer Confidence Report <br />(CCR) by the July 1 2010 compliance date. You are required to complete and deliver the CCR to all consumers by July 1 <br />2010, and the EHD must receive a copy of the 2009 CCR and Attachment 6 by July 1, 2010 for documentation that you are in <br />compliance with the Health and Safety Code, Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), Section 116470. If a CCR has been <br />completed and delivered to your customers, then submit a copy of the 2009 CCR to the EHD at the address shown <br />below. <br />Failure to submit the required CCR and a copy of the 2009 CCR and Attachment 6 by October 1, 2010 for documentation <br />that you are in compliance with SDWA, will result in a Procedural Violation fee of $244 that is billed at a two hour minimum <br />of our hourly $122 rate. All violations are reported to the California Department of Public Health. <br />The 2009 CCR forms, instructions, and regulations are available on the Internet at: <br />http://www.cdph.ca.gov/certiic/drinkingwater/Pages/CCR.aspx <br />If you do not have access to the Internet, you may wish to pick up a copy at the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department (EHD). Your State certified laboratory might be able to assist you in completing these forms. <br />For those systems with Arsenic levels over 5 parts per billion (ppb), Nitrates over 22.5 parts per million (ppm), Lead <br />detect above the action level of 15 ppb in one or more samples, any Radon result that indicates that radon may be <br />present, and systems with a total Trihalomethane running annual average that exceeds 0.080 mg/L, there are specific <br />languages that shall be included in the CCR.
