Each single family residence will be three (3) bedrooms.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
2. Percolation test conducted on April 7, 2022 yielded a percolation rate of 31.25 minutes/inch. At this
rate, an eight -foot soil separation shall be required between bottom of dispersal field and groundwater
pursuant to San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Standard table 1.10.2. Per SSNL
Study, groundwater on site is reported between 76 — 83 feet below surface grade.
3. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in San
Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Frank Girardi, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
at fvgirardi@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3044.
-Do-r OteveynShihl REHS
Program Coordinator
c: Jose Ulloa, Sierra Construction Inc., 5774 E Cherokee Rd., Stockton, CA 95206
1868 E.
