All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The toilet room hand sink lacks water. Provide hot water (100F minimum) and cold water to this sink <br />today. <br />The mop sink hot water is 80F. Provide hot water of 120F (minimum) today. At the time of the inspection, the hot water <br />heater is unplugged. <br />Per owner, some plumbing work has been done in the facility and his handyman is currently ill.
