All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #5 Restrooms and Showers <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The men&women's restrooms lacked paper towels in the wall mounted dispensers. Maintain paper <br /> towel dispensers stocked at all times. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall ensure the following facilities are maintained and kept clean:showers, toilets, dressing <br /> facilities, drinking fountains,diaper-changing stations, floors, walls,partitions, doors,and lockers. Showers(except outside)shall be <br /> provided with soap in dispensers. Toilet facilities shall be provided with toilet tissue,hand soap, and paper towels or hot air blowers in <br /> permanently installed dispensers.Pool operator shall provide a minimum of one waste receptacle in each toilet facility. Wooden slats, <br /> duckboards and footbaths are prohibited. (CCR 65535, 65551)Showers and lavatories shall be provided with hot and cold water faucets. <br /> Maximum water temperature at showers and lavatories shall not exceed I I0`F. (CBC 31166) <br /> #21 Water Level <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The water level of the pool was below one of the skimmers. The water level of the pool shall be <br /> maintained at a level that will allow continuous removal of surface debris through the pool skimming system. This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The pool operator shall ensure that the pool water is maintained at a level that will allow continuous removal of <br /> surface debris through the pool skimming system. (CCR 65533) <br /> #23 Pool Inlets and Outlets <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Equalizer cover was observed loose at the south side of the deep end of the pool. Secure equalizer <br /> cover. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Inlet fitting shall not protrude greater than 1 inch into the pool and shall be rounded and smooth. Wall inlets <br /> shall be capable of adjusting the direction of flow. Each pool shall be provided with a main drain submerged suction outlet typically located <br /> at the bottom of the pool.
