These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> ^C. <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall <br /> maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 <br /> inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches <br /> from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other or a backflow device <br /> approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> FILE <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
