CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-65 <br /> Zunino <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-65 was approved by the San Joaquin Cour y <br /> Community Development Department on January 9, 1998, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 11, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyov. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a, NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AND RESTRICTION: A"Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division <br /> for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a, A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b, The new legal description must reflect correct distances and qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (See the attached memo dated December 29, 1997.) <br />
