In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> State Highway Route 12 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $164.07 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Lockeford area.
