The approved Environmental <br /> Document for the project must be included in the permit application. The CEQA project <br /> description should include a brief summary of the anticipated work within the State right <br /> of way, in this case, new or change of access to the highway. The enclosed <br /> environmental information is to assist the applicant in the permit process. The existing <br /> driveway serving the proposed business should be brought up to current Caltrans <br /> standards for a commercial driveway. <br /> These comments are based on the applicant's estimation of one vehicle trip per day being <br /> generated by this project. <br /> Please forward Final Conditions of Approval for this project to Caltrans District 10 for <br /> our records.
