Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9- <br /> 1110.5). <br /> B. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $174.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> D. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> fl <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
