The proposed easement access would allow connection to an
existing easement that connects to State Route 12 (SR-12) at 1453 West SR-12. The
minor subdivision is approximately l.0 mile north from SR-12 and the Easement accesses
to SR-12 is approximately 0.5 mile east from the SR-12/Peatland Road intersection. The
Department has the following comments:
• While this subdivision does not propose to physically alter access to SR-l 2 along the
existing easement, Department standards require that access to a State Route by more
than 3 parcels seek improvemcnts to road connection standards. Approval of this
Variance will allow access by at least 10 parcels according to the Tentative Parcel
Map provided.
-Cnitraw improves mobilily oeross Californ;a"
