San Joaquin County Well Standards
states: "to determine quality of water produced by a new water well, it shall be sampled by the EHD for
bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the installation of the well pump, and
disinfection". The sampling service fee was included with the well permit issuance.
We have sampled your new well and have received your results. Your water sample was analyzed by
FGL Stockton Laboratory, a state certified lab.
The well water does not meet current primary drinking water standards for microbiological content.
Coliform bacteria and E. Coli are present in the well water.
Your well water results may be found on EHD website by clicking on the following links:
www.smgov.org/ehd 4 Public Records (under "Quick Links") 4 Online EHD Program Records (link) --)
Browse EHD Program Records by Address (Link) 4 EHD Program Facility Records by Street Name
(folder) --> Select the folder of the first letter of your street name (D folder to find Dove Road) 4 Select
Folder with your address (25986 for example) 4 4300 –Water Well Program (folder) 4 Select the WP
for your well permit (for example: WP0042588).
If you have any questions regarding your well water test results you may contact Aaron Gooderham,
Registered Environmental Health Specialist at (209) 616-3062 and agooderham(c_slgov.org.
A#, Zt P\f—If-4-4
 Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
*As authorized by San Joaquin County Ordinance code section 9-1115.6
1868 E.
