Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified: <br /> 1. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> Note- a surface and subsurface contamination report was submitted to the Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) on May 12, 2022 and reviewed June 16, 2022. The information <br /> contained in the report was found to be inadequate and did not meet the requirements of EHD. <br /> A revision to the report is necessary. <br /> 2. Written Confirmation is required from the Public Works Department that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public <br /> sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the Public Works <br /> Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is <br /> also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> Note- a will-serve letter has been provided the property owner and a copy received by the <br /> Environmental Health Department stating that the City of Stockton will allow for connection to <br /> the existing sewer system on March 22, 2022. <br /> 3. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. A <br /> letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or <br /> are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> 1868 E.
