Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 15, 2022 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 505 N MAIN ST, MANTECA <br /> Facility Name: <br /> QUIK STOP MARKET #124 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. <br />-The 2020 business plan submittal was submitted late on 01/20/2020. <br />On 12/31/2019 the facility information page was submitted, the inventory, site map, contingency/response plan and <br />training plan were not submitted. <br /> <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that the business plan submittal is submitted by January 15 by logging into the <br />CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was one observed violation during <br />the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br />supporting paperwork, by 07/13/2022. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
