All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Inspection for the remodel of the pool, coping, water line depth tiles and dept tiles on the deck, stair steps and handrail. The <br />work has been completed. <br />5 of the equalizer lines are missing covers. Install covers prior to opening the pool for use. All suction outlets must have <br />approved outlet covers. See section below. <br />65545. Public Pool Closure <br />(a) A public pool that is maintained or operated in a manner that creates an unhealthful, unsafe, or unsanitary condition may be <br />closed by the enforcing agent. Unhealthful, unsafe, or unsanitary conditions include, but are not limited to, failure to maintain <br />clean pool water and clear pool water requirements; inadequate disinfection; improper pH; the presence of inhalation hazards; <br />failure to meet microbiological or chemical water-quality standards; missing or broken suction outlet covers; missing or broken <br />pool enclosures, including fencing and gates; hazards to pool users; and any other violation of these regulations identified by <br />the enforcing agent. A public pool 30 shall not be reopened until the unhealthful, unsafe, or unsanitary condition has been <br />rectified and upon specific written approval from the enforcing agent. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
