BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-01- RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PURPOSE PLAN NO. PP-01-1 OF TRACY COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES WHEREAS, on October 4, 2001, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered this matter;and WHEREAS, on November 27, 2001, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises;and WHEREAS,Special Purpose Plan No. PP-01-1 is the original Special Purpose Plan for the Patterson Pass Business Park; and WHEREAS, Special Purpose Plan No. PP-01-1 deletes the "Transition Area" east of the Mountain House Parkway/Schulte Road intersection, redesignates approximately 10 acres from C/FS to I/L, and rezones the 10 acres from C-FS to I-L; and WHEREAS,this Board of Supervisors has approved a Negative Declaration as adequate to address the impacts of the proposed project;and WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determines that Special Purpose Plan No. PP-01-1 is consistentwith the General Plan as described in the"Basis for Special Purpose Plan Amendment"contained in the staff report. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that Special Purpose Plan No. PP-01-1 of Tracy Commercial Properties hereby approved by approval of the following: SPECIAL PURPOSE PLAN NO. PP-01-1, attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, including the Conditions of Approval of Exhibit A.
