2. GENERAL PLAN MAP AMENDMENT NO. GP-01-8 AND ZONE RECLASSIFICATION NO.ZR-01-6 <br /> OF LTH TRUST(C/O LEE HELMS) to amend the General Plan designation of a 0.53-acre portion of a <br /> 5.26-acre parcel from A/G (General Agriculture)to I/L (Limited Industrial)and to rezone the same <br /> property from C-X(Crossroads-Commercial)to I-W(Warehouse-Industrial). The project site is located <br /> on the northwest corner of the intersection of Interstate 5 and Kasson Road, east of Tracy(Supervisorial <br /> District 5). CONSENT <br /> MOTION: <br /> It was moved,seconded(Eley/Morri),and passed by a unanimous roll call vote(7-0)to: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; <br /> 2. Forward General Plan Amendment Application No. GP-01-8 to the Board of Supervisors with a <br /> recommendation for approval contingent upon the ability to make the required "Basis for General Plan <br /> Amendment;"and <br /> 3.
