Mr. Martin informed the applicants of the continued affordability/Farm Worker Agreement. <br /> Ms. Stone indicated that they would have an affordability agreement for fifty-five years. <br /> Ms. Stone indicated to staff that the child care services would also be available to the <br /> surrounding property owners. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that Assessor Parcels 173-260-15, and 16, will need to be <br /> merged. <br /> Mr. Martin told the applicants that they would discuss the fence requirements after the meeting. <br /> Mr. Mann of the San Joaquin County Sheriff Department reviewed the Crime Prevention memo. <br /> Mr. Martin informed Mr. Mann that the language of the first sentence usually triggers a <br /> requirement for an EIR or Mitigation measures. Mr. Martin asked if it was Mr. Mann's intent to <br /> say that this has a significant impact on the Environment relative to Law Enforcement, or was it <br /> his intent that the funding is low and eventually the Sheriff's Department will need more funds to <br /> take care of the site. Mr. Mann indicated the latter, and explained, when you have two or three <br /> hundred people in an a area their will be low and high priority calls.
