State law requires that <br /> land use within airport areas of influence conform to the Airport Land Use Plan <br /> (ALUP). <br /> Upon review, the project location associated with the General Plan Amendment <br /> application(APN/Address: 239-060-04: 2311 S. Kasson Road, Tracy) lies outside of <br /> the seven (7) zones that comprise the Tracy and New Jerusalem Airport's areas of <br /> influence.
