Since the shallow subsurface soils consist of a finer grained clay soil <br /> material, anaerobic conditions will prevail over time which may hasten leachfield failure. <br /> Consideration should definitely be given to installing Infiltrator® Chambers if the 100% <br /> replacement area is activated due to a failure.
