In addition,the project description <br /> states that the anticipated residential prices envisioned <br /> in the subdivision,correlating to lot size are consistent <br /> with the pricing assumptions utilized in the County's <br /> To ensure that jobs and a corresponding amount of Affordable Housing Study as well as the Master Plan's <br /> Jobs/Housing affordable housing are available to working residents projections of Mountain House employee income <br /> 300 3.9.2.0.a Program in Mountain House, with a jobs/housing ratio of 0.99. Y levels. COA-1 <br /> Jobs/Housing Programs shall be instituted to attract and develop jobs General requirement o Master Plan to be implemented <br /> 301 3.9.2.P.a Program in the community.
