Following consideration of all public <br /> testimony, written materials and recommendations of <br /> the Planning Commission, received during the <br /> Affordable Housing Program Review,the Board of <br /> Supervisors shall decide on a course of action to <br /> address the affordable housing issue. The Board shall <br /> focus on taking one or more of the following actions: <br /> 1) Find that no action is necessary;or 2) Recommend <br /> actions to adjust the projected number and/or type of <br /> affordable units;and/or 3) Propose amendments to the <br /> Master Plan to implement the objective and policies of <br /> the Affordable Housing Program and/or recommended <br /> requirements of future Specific Plans to implement the <br /> objective and policies of the Affordable Housing <br /> Affordable Program (e.g., revising future residential densities, <br /> Housing adjusting the Affordable Housing Impact Fee, <br /> 334 3.9.3.I.c Program restructuring the Affordable Housing Program,etc.).
