Specific <br /> Plans contiguous with previously developed areas shall <br /> Landscape utilize the same design treatment as the previous <br /> Concept and Specific Plan. Modifications shall be limited to <br /> Policies improved plant selection or other efforts to correct <br /> 434 4.5.P.d (General) problems with existing landscape treatments.
