The following shall be targets <br /> for phased opening of each new 9-12 school as <br /> determined by the school district: Opening Phase 1 0 <br /> the first 9-12 when there are approximately 650 <br /> students. <br /> Opening Phase II when there are approximately 1,200 <br /> students. <br /> Opening Phase III when there are about 1,800 <br /> students. <br /> Opening Phase I of the second high school when there <br /> are about 2,400 students. <br /> Opening Phase 11 of the second high school when <br /> there are about 3,600 students. <br /> Opening Phase 111 of the second high school when <br /> there are about 4,200 students. <br /> 535 5.4.I.l.d School Phasing N/A Not applicable to Neighborhood F.
