Standards for fire <br /> protection shall be developed between the CSD and <br /> the Tracy Rural Fire Protection District and contained <br /> in the CSD Fire Protection Plan. Issues addressed in <br /> the standards shall include: <br /> Construction shall meet or exceed the Uniform <br /> Building Code and the Uniform Fire Code. Additional <br /> or specialized fire suppression equipment may need to <br /> be provided as a condition of construction for those <br /> uses not adequately protected by available equipment. <br /> Implementation of public education,public safety, <br /> and fire prevention through adoption of regulations <br /> and policies. <br /> Regulations for weed abatement and elimination of <br /> potential fire hazards in industrial waste materials. <br /> Fire Protection A hazardous material labeling program and <br /> and Emergency classification system.
