Such uses shall be <br /> situated on Arterial roadways,preferably along the <br /> Patterson Pass Road corridor,and shall be located and <br /> configured to minimize the impact of ambulance and <br /> other traffic on nearby residential neighborhoods. A <br /> major roadway, landscape easement,or other effective <br /> buffer shall separate such uses from residential and <br /> other sensitive land uses.
