COA-81,2, 5 <br /> Waste collection shall be performed in a manner <br /> consistent with the County's plan and that reflects the <br /> Solid Waste State-mandated, integrated waste management <br /> (Residential and program, and with any revisions implemented in the <br /> 596 6.7.P.b Green Waste) future. If the Tracy Materials Recovery and Transfer <br /> Facility has reached full operating capacity,this site <br /> shall be developed. If the current transfer facility site <br /> is expanded so that the Mountain House site is not <br /> needed to accommodate the present or future waste <br /> transfer demands of the town,this property shall be <br /> 598 6.7.I.a Solid Waste made available for other public uses.
