These subareas <br /> include a site intended for phased development with a <br /> lake,amphitheater and other facilities; a sports-related <br /> site;a small town green site within the Town Center; <br /> and a larger site to support a possible stadium and <br /> adequate shared parking to serve the various public <br /> uses in the area.
