MOUNTAIN HOUSE <br /> MASTER PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDINGS <br /> Project Action or <br /> Consis- Conditions o <br /> Section tency Approval <br /> 1 Heading# Title Text Y/N/NA Finding of Fact/Analysis and Evidence of Compliance (COA) <br /> Central Community Park Conceptual Design and <br /> Facilities. This park consists three subareas totaling <br /> approximately 40 acres, located adjacent to and within <br /> the Town Center. The Central Park will initially <br /> contain interim ballfields(or as otherwise constructed <br /> at the high school ,or in another area,as specified in <br /> the CSD"Parks, Leisure and Recreation Plan"). It <br /> will also contain multi-purpose open areas for <br /> community activities to serve early residents of <br /> Mountain House. The permanent or long term <br /> program,as specified in the CSD Plan will expand to <br /> include trail links to the Mountain House Creek Park <br /> and other destinations, additional park facilities,three <br /> acres of public parking to be shared with the civic <br /> Community center or transit center, plus amphitheater and stadium <br /> 706 7.2.7.I.g Parks uses Y See#688,#697 COA-19 <br /> Town Green Community Park Conceptual Design and <br /> Facilities. This small park is located within the Town <br /> Center. The intent of this park is to provide a focal <br /> point for the community,and thus a gathering place for <br /> certain community events. An informational kiosk and <br /> a gazebo/bandstand type of structure would be <br /> appropriate at this central location. Landscaping for <br /> this small park may be formal and include public art <br /> Community that will establish a strong visual identity at the town's <br /> 707 7.2.7.1.h Parks center.
