When traffic reaches 5000 ADT, <br /> Grant Line Road(from Byron Road to 1-580)shall be <br /> studied to determine whether it meets current road <br /> slandards or has deficiencies not idenlif ied under <br /> COUNTY previous model assumptions.The study shall be <br /> 973 9.3.I.h ARTERIALS prepared by the MHCSD and approved by the County. Y CSD will monitor and improve according to MHTIF. COA-49 <br /> Noise Study. Prior to the widening of Grant Line <br /> Road in the vicinity of Grant Line Village,the CSD <br /> shall prepare a noise study to determine future noise <br /> impacts and to identify measures which can mitigate, i <br /> feasible,exterior residential noise levels to 65 dB Ldn. <br /> Any approved mitigation measures shall be <br /> COUNTY implemented at the same time the road widening is <br /> 974 9.3.1.1 ARTERIALS constructed.
