Multi-purpose Class I paths,Class II <br /> bike lanes,and Class III bike routes shall be provided The adopted CSD Design Guidelines and Development <br /> as shown on Figure 9.30: Bicycle and Pedestrian Srandards include requirements for the Class I and <br /> Bicycle Network and Figure 9.31: Bicycle and Pedestrian Class Ill routes per Figure 9.31. Improvement Plans <br /> 1045 9.8.1.I.a Facilities Walk and Path Standards, and as described below. Y must be consistent with the CSD's standards. COA-37 <br /> Class I Bike/Multi-Use Path. The following Class 1 <br /> Bike Paths shall be constructed at the same time as <br /> adjacent roads. Class I Bike Paths shall parallel major <br /> Arterials except within Mountain House Creek <br /> Community Park and Old River Linear Park,where <br /> multi-use paths shall be constructed as specified in the <br /> Parks and Open Space Plan. All multi-purpose Class I <br /> paths shall have curb ramps and crosswalk stripping <br /> when crossing streets. Mascot Boulevard <br /> Kelso Road <br /> Central Parkway <br /> De Anza Boulevard <br /> Patterson Pass Road <br /> Main Street(Patterson Pass to De Anza Boulevard <br /> and Marina Boulevard to Central Parkway) <br /> Grant Line Road <br /> Mountain House Boulevard <br /> Marina Boulevard(Old River to Grant Line Road) The CSD's road standards require the construction of <br /> Mountain House Creek Community Park(Marina Class I paths on Mountain House Parkway, Mountain <br /> Boulevard to Old River) House Blvd, De Anza Blvd., Mascot Blvd.,and <br /> Old River Regional Park y,as Central Parkway. The CSD's standards require the <br /> Bicycle condition inclusion of these facilities as part of the improvement <br /> 1046 9.8.1.1.b Facilities ed plans for the neighborhood.
