Electrical outlets shall be located on the <br /> outside of single family homes to accommodate <br /> electric lawn maintenance equipment and electric <br /> barbecues. 3. Low nitrogen oxide(NOx)emitting <br /> and/or high efficiency water heaters shall be required <br /> for all dwelling units.4. Each single family residence <br /> shall have no more than one fireplace.
