For a specific land area of a <br /> Tentative Map that contemplates the use of riparian or <br /> other water sources, an executed agreement between <br /> BBID and the CSD shall be provided prior to the <br /> recordation of a Final Map. This agreement shall <br /> indicate that the parties have agreed to the terms under <br /> which BBID will wheel riparian water through their <br /> pumping and conveyance facilities to the Mountain <br /> House community as provided for in the BBID Water <br /> Services Agreement. Annexation into BBID shall be <br /> required prior to any annexation to the CSD for those <br /> lands contemplating using BBID owned water. A <br /> landowner may annex into BBID without immediate <br /> plans to annex into the CSD, but with the <br /> understanding that the CSD can not supply treated <br /> water until CSD annexation is complete.
