Within one <br /> year after the startup of the permanent secondary <br /> treatment process, the Community Service District <br /> shall submit an Initial Wastewater Sludge Disposal <br /> Plan to the County and other appropriate agencies for <br /> review and approval. The Plan shall document the <br /> sludge characterization findings,a detailed <br /> impact/benefit analysis of sludge disposal options,and <br /> SLUDGE a proposed sludge disposal method for the duration of <br /> 1330 13.8.I.b DISPOSAL the current Specific Plan.
