Source control BMP's are <br /> defined as: (1)planning management, (2)materials <br /> management, (3)spill prevention and cleanup, (4) <br /> illegal dumping controls, (5) illicit connection <br /> controls,and(6)street/storm sewer maintenance. <br /> Further,to insure that the Mountain House Community <br /> can comply with the Phase 2 of Federal storm water <br /> regulations for small communities, the following <br /> program shall be implemented: A storm water <br /> management program (SWMP)shall be developed to <br /> reduce the discharge of pollutants from the storm <br /> sewer system to the maximum extent practicable and <br /> to protect water quality in the receiving waters.
