The <br /> Neighborhood will be served by a <br /> centrally located neighborhood park and <br /> several multi-use paths for pedestrian <br /> open space. The Neighborhood also <br /> provides office commercial and <br /> The land use plan for Mountain House organizes the community into industrial areas to achieve a balance of <br /> distinct neighborhoods of roughly the same size,each with a jobs and housing.
