In addition,all public areas <br /> within CSD control are required to be <br /> consistent with the CSD Design Manual. <br /> Design Guidelines will be submitted for <br /> private development prior to approval of <br /> Final Maps or development permits. <br /> Design Guidelines will be required to <br /> address plant materials which will be <br /> required to be consistent with Table 4.1 <br /> Central Mountain Plant Palette. Plant materials shall be selected from Table 4.1: of the Specific Plan. See CSD Design <br /> House Landscape Central Mountain House Recommended Plant Palette and from the Manual,CSD Roadway Landscape Plan <br /> 70 4.4.2.1.15 Concept plant list contained in the CSD Design Manual.
