As required by the Master Plan <br /> and Specific Plan I, the neighborhood commercial <br /> use is intended to provide a location for <br /> neighborhood-serving retail, service, support, <br /> recreation and institutional uses easily accessible <br /> by bicycles and pedestrians. The use is an A 2.56-acre site is included within the <br /> integral part of the Neighborhood Center concept subdivision map consistent with this <br /> and will share a common theme, landscaping and Policy. See Tentative Map and <br /> Neighborhood direct pedestrian connections to neighborhood Illustrative Plan submitted with the <br /> 100 2.4 Commercial residential areas, the school and park.
