Before the Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California <br /> B- <br /> MOTION: CABRAL/SIEGLOCK <br /> GP-00-11, MP-00-1, SP-00-1,AND PP-00-1, AND SU-00-3 <br /> r THIS BOARD does herein find the Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan I Master <br /> Environmental Impact Report (MEIR),adopted November 10, 1994,to be adequate under CEQA Guidelines, <br /> Section 15175 et seq, as per the attached CEQA findings and Appendix"A"of the Neighborhood"F"Project <br /> Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration, SCH#90020776; and <br /> THIS BOARD does herein find that comments on the Neighborhood"F" Project Initial Study and <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration, SCH#90020776, have been adequately addressed as evidenced by the staff <br /> report and attached CEQA findings; and <br /> THIS BOARD does herein find the following to be true, as evidenced by the staff report and attached <br /> CEQA findings and the Neighborhood"F"Project Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration,to wit: <br /> (a) The project does not have the potential to substantially degrade the quality of the environment, <br /> substantially reduce the habitat of a fish and wildlife species, cause a fish or wildlife population <br /> to drop below self-sustaining levels,threaten to eliminate a plant or animal community,reduce <br /> the number or restrict the range of an endangered,rare or threatened species, or eliminate <br /> important examples of the major periods of California or prehistory as determined by the <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration,Initial Study and staff report for the project; <br /> (b) The project does not have the potential to achieve short-term environmental goals to the <br /> disadvantage of long-term environmental goals as determined by the Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration, Initial Stud},and staff report for the project; <br /> (c) The project does not have possible environmental effects which are individually limited but <br /> cumulatively considerable as determined by the Mitigated Negative Declaration, Initial Study <br /> and staff report for the project; and <br /> (d) The environmental effects of the project will not cause substantial adverse effects on human <br /> beings,either directly or indirectly as determined by the Mitigated Negative Declaration, Initial <br /> Study and staff report for the project. <br /> THIS BOARD does hereby incorporate the attached CEQA findings for the Neighborhood"F"Project <br /> Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration, SCH#90020776, for General Plan Amendment Application <br /> No. GP-00-11,Master Plan Amendment Application No. MP-00-1, Specific Plan I Application No. SP-00-1, <br /> Special Purpose Plan Amendment Application No. PP-00-1, and Major Subdivision Application No. SU-00-3 of <br /> Trimark Communities. <br />
