The facilities shall be built consistent with the attached performance <br /> standards. The facilities and performance standards are listed on Attachment A. <br /> Upon the approval of the plans and fees listed on Attachment B and the <br /> acceptance of the facilities by the Mountain House Community Services District and the <br /> availability of sufficient Mountain House Community Services District revenue for <br /> maintenance and operations of the facilities and the provision of services, the Community <br /> Services District will provide the services required under the Master Plan and Specific <br /> Plan I. <br /> This Will Serve Letter contemplates that the Developer and the Mountain House <br /> Community Services District may, but are not required to, enter into agreements to <br /> reimburse the Master Developer for the facilities constructed and dedicated to the <br /> Mountain House Community Services District. <br /> Upon meeting the terms on Attachment B of this Will Serve Letter and upon <br /> approval of the tentative map for Neighborhood F, the Mountain House Community <br /> Services District will record a Memorandum of Will Serve Letter. If the terms of this <br /> Will Serve Letter are not met, this Will Serve Letter is null and void, and the <br /> Memorandum will not be recorded. <br />
